As Kartaca, we are happy to announce the referral system we have created for our employees!
What is Kartaca Referral System?
Kartaca employees win awards by referring their friends, whom they deem appropriate for our open positions, to our Human Resources department. To be eligible for the referral system, the Kartaca employee must submit the person’s CV to Human Resources via email. The Kartaca employee and the newcomer must work in Kartaca for at least six months after the probationary period.
What are the conditions for applying to the Kartaca referral system?
- Kartaca employees should forward the person’s CV applying for the job to Human Resources via email.
- Kartaca employees and prospective employees should work in Kartaca for at least six months after the probationary period.
