Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Revise and localize the HR processes taking into account the differences in international working standards
  • Support the new hire experience including onboarding logistics
  • Provide guidance on people-related policies and procedures in line with data protection requirements and best practices
  • Review and translate internal procedures, documents, and training content within the scope of Kartaca’s globalization, when needed
  • Support the recruitment processes including interviews and candidate screening
  • Assist overseas employees with any queries regarding employment, benefits, or absence management
  • Liaise with benefits providers to process new joiners’ benefits, memberships, and changes regarding these benefits
  • Participate in all other HR-related projects

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in human resources
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn
  • A solution-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a geographically diverse team
  • Highly adaptable and demonstrates an ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
