What is Project Genie?
Project Genie is an experimental web application described as a “text and image-to-world prototype”. Unlike traditional AI tools that generate static images or passive videos, Project Genie creates dynamic, interactive environments that you can navigate in real-time.
It allows users to act as architects of their own simulations. You do not just watch the world; you control a character within it, jumping, running, and exploring the environment as it generates around you frame-by-frame.
What Are Its Capabilities?
Project Genie is built around three core pillars of interaction:
World Sketching
Users can “sketch” a world using text prompts or by uploading images. The tool integrates Nano Banana Pro to help users modify and fine-tune their source images before generating the world. You can also define your character (from a robot vacuum to a fantasy creature) and choose between a first-person or third-person perspective.
World Exploration
