The ideal candidate;
- has a graduate degree in Engineering, Informatics, MIS and similar departments
- has a minimum of 2 years experience in customer relations management; can understand customer demands and communicate effectively with customers
- has knowledge and experience on project management, software development, and product/service support processes
- is responsible, enterprising, and solution-oriented
- has experience in team coordination, problem-solving and developing authentic ideas
- is good at documentation; gives importance to sharing information
- has used project
- is able to demonstrate English proficiency of at least C1 level
Preferably;
- has experience in functional tests and UAT in software projects
- has used test tools such as SoapUI, Selenium, and JMeter
- has SQL knowledge
- task management and mock-up tools
Job Description
- Analyze customer needs during the pre-sales phase; lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes
- Analyze customer requests and collaborate with the technical team to create scope, timelines, and business requirement documents
- Ensure that defined tasks are tracked and managed in accordance with project management methodologies
- Support analysis and solution coordination in case of critical issues arising in products or projects
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as analysis, user guides, project documents, meeting notes, and test scenarios
- Create user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Conduct functional and regression testing of developed projects and create scenarios for load testing
- Track and report on SLA and KPI criteria defined in contracts
