Kartaca Technical Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate;

  • has an undergraduate degree in relevant departments such as Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, and Management Information Systems
  • has previously worked in operations management and resource management
  • is proficient in reading, understanding, and speaking English
  • has a minimum 2 years of experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Google Workspace, and office software
  • has a minimum 5 years of experience using the Linux operating system as a user
  • is willing to learn or apply security, redundancy, and continuity criteria in software and system scope
  • has experience/is interested in learning operations management based on KPI performance criteria and SLA
 

Job Description

  • Define requests from customers and turn them into defined tasks by creating a time plan and analysis together with the team
  • Include tasks in the daily operation plan and manage them in the Kanban model
  • Plan services developed and managed for internal company use
  • Make and follow up on the team's daily planning
  • Orchestrate the team in sudden problems that arise
  • Document tools and services and keep them up-to-date
  • Control the development or configuration of tools and services in accordance with company procedures
  • Ensure reporting and realization of SLA and KPI criteria within the team
