Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in digital products
• Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle (discovery, delivery, launch, iteration)
• Ability to translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements
• Strong skills in requirement analysis, backlog management, and prioritization
• Data-driven mindset with experience working with metrics and KPIs
• Sufficient technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency
• Analytical, structured, and outcome-oriented working style
