Who You Are
- A graduate of a relevant bachelor’s degree program,
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources — ideally within the IT industry,
- You’re familiar with core IT roles and actively follow trends in the tech world,
- You have advanced English communication skills (written and spoken),
- You’re curious, adaptable, open to new technologies, and a strong communicator,
- You thrive in team environments, have strong planning and organizational skills,
- You have knowledge of company values, organizational culture, and transformation programs,
- You bring solid experience in organizational development and process improvement,
- You’re experienced in talent and career management processes,
- You have strong analytical and reporting skills,
- Bonus: You’ve implemented or worked with performance evaluation systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process: posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and running reference checks,
- Maintaining and improving our candidate database,
- Contributing to the development of internal HR policies and procedures,
- Supporting employee satisfaction, engagement, and internal communications initiatives,
- Organizing and updating onboarding and orientation programs for new hires,
- Keeping training documentation and records up to date and well-organized,
- Driving projects that promote knowledge-sharing and continuous learning within the company.
