Campaign Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in IT-supported campaign management, digital campaigns, or similar roles
  • Knowledge of campaign management platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Knowledge of system integrations related to campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and analyze campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum B2 level of English proficiency
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and able to work in a structured and well-planned manner

Responsibilities

This position encompasses the holistic execution of the following responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop campaign strategies and manage end-to-end campaign processes
  • Define target audience segments and perform data modeling activities
  • Identify technical and operational requirements for campaigns
  • Design one-shot and rule-based campaign scenarios

Campaign Execution & Operations

  • Manage campaign setups and coordinating system integrations
  • Manage approval, triggering, and notification processes
  • Develop campaign communication strategies and coordinate communication channels
  • Prepare and maintain campaign-related documentation

Monitoring, Analytics & Reporting

  • Regularly monitor campaign performance
  • Track participation, conversion, and usage metrics
  • Build funnels and identify bottlenecks within processes
  • Conduct cohort- and segment-based analyses
  • Analyze user behavior
  • Create data sets that provide insights into products and campaigns

Insights, Optimization & Stakeholder Management

  • Create dashboards and reports
  • Prepare end-user usage reports
  • Report the impact of campaigns and communications by channel, time, and campaign
  • Improve campaign processes based on insights and findings
  • Share results and recommendations with relevant teams and stakeholders
